These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Zejoda website at zejoda.info ("Website") and any services offered through it. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The internet platform accessible at zejoda.info and all associated pages.

Operator

A. Nature of the Website and Its Content

Zejoda is an informational and educational platform focused on the psychology of financial procrastination. All content published on the Website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, psychological therapy, medical advice, or any form of professional advisory service.

The content on the Website describes psychological and behavioral patterns relating to financial decision-making. This content is based on publicly available research and is presented for educational purposes. It does not take into account the individual circumstances of any specific User and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to the User's situation.

B. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. D. One-on-One Sessions

Where a User arranges a one-on-one session through the Website, the specific terms of that session, including any arrangement regarding remuneration, format, and cancellation, will be communicated separately prior to the session taking place. One-on-one sessions are structured educational and exploratory conversations. They do not constitute psychotherapy, financial advice, or any licensed professional service. The Operator does not hold any license or authorisation to provide regulated financial advice under the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (Ustawa o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi) and does not provide such advice.

E. Limitation of Liability

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website content is accurate and current. However, the Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Operator does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on Website content or use of the Website. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
